Jiangsu Shuyang Economic Development Zone

Shuyang economic development zone was established in August 2001 and approved as a provincial Economic Development Zone by Jiangsu provincial government in 2006. In November 2013, with the approval of the State Council, Shuyang Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province was officially upgraded to a national economic and Technological Development Zone, becoming the first county-level economic and Technological Development Zone in Northern Jiangsu.
