Jishi town
Jishi, a town under the jurisdiction of Jingjiang City, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, is located in East China, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the north of Jingjiang City, the southeast of Taixing City, and the west of Rugao City. It borders on Gushan town of Jingjiang City, Guangling town and coral town of Taixing City, and Jiang'an town of Rugao City.
Jishi town is "health town in Jiangsu Province", "national ecological town" and "famous Chinese food town". Jishi town with catering industry, motor, steel, measuring tools, textile, electrical and other six industries as the pillar. In 2014, the GDP of Jishi town was 4495.82 million yuan. Among them, the added value of the primary industry is 790000 yuan, the added value of the secondary industry is 723.24 million yuan, and the added value of the tertiary industry is 16.84 million yuan.
Jishi town covers a total area of 41.63 square kilometers, with 4476 hectares of arable land. It governs 2 communities, 24 administrative villages and 1 farm, with a total population of 46912 (2017).
Evolution of organizational system
Han Dynasty
In the Western Han Dynasty (206-24 BC), the north part of the Yangtze River Estuary, after thousands of years of accumulation of dark sand, has expanded about 20 square kilometers of sand beach, which is the original area of this season's towns. In February of the first year of Xiang Yu (206 BC), the overlord of Western Chu, the peasant uprising at the end of Qin Dynasty overthrew the rule of Qin Dynasty. Xiang Yu occupied the eastern Chu Dynasty and enfeoffed the feudal lords. He called himself the overlord of Western Chu and established the capital of Pengcheng, which is now Xuzhou. Ji City belongs to the eastern Chu state and belongs to the Xiangyu territory of the Western Chu state. In December of the fifth year of emperor Gao of the Western Han Dynasty (201 BC), Xiang Yu defeated Wujiang, and Chu belonged to the Han Dynasty. In the first month of the next year, Liu Bang, Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty, was enfeoffed as a vassal, and his cousin Liu Jia was named king of Jing. In July of the 11th year of emperor Gaodi (196 BC), King yingbu of Huainan destroyed Jing. In October of the following year, Britain fell. Emperor Gao changed Jing to Wu, and granted his brother Liu Xizi, marquis Pei Liu, king of Wu. Ji Shi was subordinate to the kingdom of Wu. In February of 154 B.C., the third year of the Yuan Dynasty before the reign of emperor Jing, Wu Wang was defeated in rebellion and his country died. In the following year, King Jing granted Runan King Liu Fei the title of Jiangdu king. He unified the counties of the former Wu Kingdom, and Jishi was subordinate to Jiangdu state. In the second year of Yuanshou, Emperor Wu (121 BC), Liu Jian, the king of Jiangdu, destroyed the country for his rebellion. Jishi town belongs to Hailing. In the sixth year of Yuanshou (117 BC), linhuai county (now Xuyi) was set up in the north of the Yangtze River, and 29 counties in Jiangsu and Anhui were unified. Ji Shi was subordinate to Hailing county. In the fifth year of Yuanfeng (106 BC), the administrative regions of the whole country were adjusted, and the city belonged to Hailing County, linhuai County, Xuzhou. In the first year of the founding of the people's Republic of China (9 years), Wang Mang usurped the Han Dynasty, and became a large-scale County in China. Linhuai county changed its name to Huaiping County, hailing county changed its name to Tingjian, and Jishi county changed its name to litingjian. In the 28th year of the reign of Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the name of the county was restored, and the city of Ji was still attached to Hailing County, linhuai county. In the 13th year of Yongping (70th year) of the Ming emperor, hailing County, which originally belonged to linhuai County, was divided into Guangling County, and Jishi was subordinate to Hailing county.
Three Kingdoms period
Before the first year of Wu chiwu (238) of the Three Kingdoms, the small sand and the big sand of Muma emerged in Haikou of the Yangtze River. Ji City is located in the north of the Yangtze River and belongs to Hailing.
Jin dynasty
In the first year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty (280), Guangling county was established. Ji Shi was subordinate to Hailing County, Guangling County of Xuzhou governor's department.
Northern and Southern Dynasties
In the second year of Yongchu period (421), Emperor Wu of the Song Dynasty changed Xuzhou, where overseas Chinese lived in Zhenjiang, into southern Xuzhou. Ji Shi was subordinate to Hailing County, hailing County of Southern Xuzhou in the Southern Song Dynasty. In 431, Emperor Wen of the Song Dynasty changed Jiangbei to nanyanzhou, and Jishi was subordinate to Hailing County, Guangling County of nanyanzhou. In 482, Guangling county was separated from southern Yanzhou, and Jishi was subordinate to Guangling County of the Southern Qi Dynasty. In 551, southern Yanzhou belonged to the Northern Qi Dynasty. The next year, it was renamed as East Guangzhou, and Ji City belonged to Hailing County of East Guangzhou in the Northern Qi Dynasty. In 573, Ji Shi was under the jurisdiction of Hailing County, Yanzhou, in the Southern Dynasty. In the first year of Xiangxiang (579), the army of the Northern Zhou Dynasty occupied Southern Yanzhou and renamed it Wuzhou. Ji Shi was subordinate to Hailing County, hailing County, in the Northern Zhou Dynasty.
Sui and Tang Dynasties
In 583, Emperor Wen built Wuzhou with Hailing County, and Jishi was subordinate to Hailing county. In the ninth year of kaihuang (589), Wuzhou was changed to Yangzhou, and Jishi was under the jurisdiction of Yangzhou governor's office with Hailing county. In the third year of the great cause of emperor Yang of Sui Dynasty (607), the whole country "merged the provinces and states and changed the state into a county as soon as it was found". Ji City was subordinate to Hailing County, Jiangdu County in Yangzhou. In 618, Li Zitong, a rebel army against the Sui Dynasty, occupied hailing and Jiangdu. He was named Wu and belonged to Wu. In the third year of Wude (620), Emperor Gaozu of the Tang Dynasty, the county was changed into a state, Jiangdu county was abandoned in Jiangbei, hailing county was renamed Wuling County, and Wuzhou was established as a county, and the city belonged to Wuling county. In the seventh year of Wude (624), Hanzhou was established, Wuzhou was abolished, and Wuling county was renamed Hailing county. Ji City belongs to Hailing County of Hanzhou. In the ninth year of Wude (626), Hanzhou was changed to Yangzhou, and Jishi was subordinate to Hailing County, Yangzhou Prefecture. In 627, the first year of Taizong's Zhenguan reign, there were 10 roads in the world. Ji City belonged to Hailing County, which was located in Huainan road and Yangzhou governor's office. Xuanzong Tianbao first year (742), changed Yangzhou to Guangling County, Ji City belongs to Hailing County of Guangling county. In 758, Guangling county was renamed Yangzhou, and Ji City belonged to Hailing County of Yangzhou Prefecture. In the second year of emperor Zhaozong's Tianfu (902), Huainan Jiedu envoy Yang xingmi was granted the title of king of Wu in Yangzhou.
Five Dynasties and ten states
In the first year of Wuyi (919), Yang Longyan, the king of Wu, was officially founded, which is known as the state of Yang and Wu in history. Ji City belongs to the state of Yang Wu. In November of the first year of qianzhen (927), Yang Pu, the younger brother of Yang Longyan, became emperor in Jinling. Ji City belongs to Hailing County, which is under the jurisdiction of Hailing institution of Yangzhou Jiangdu mansion of Yang Wu state. in December of the first year of emperor liezu's rise to the Yuan Dynasty (937), the system of Hailing was abolished, Taizhou was established with hailing, and Taixing county was established with five townships in the south of Hailing, and Jishi was transferred from Hailing to Taixing county. That year, a large number of immigrants came to Jishi town to build land and build houses. Jishi ancient town (Jiji town) was formed here. In December of 957, the soldiers of the Later Zhou Dynasty occupied Taixing. Ji City belongs to Houzhou.
Song Dynasty
In the eighth year of Kaibao in the Northern Song Dynasty (975), the Song Dynasty destroyed the Southern Tang Dynasty, and divided the world into 10 branches. Ji City belongs to Taixing County of Taizhou, Huainan road. In the third year of Zhidao (997), there were 15 roads in the world. Huainan road was changed to Huainan Road, and Jishi belonged to Taixing County of Taizhou. In 1072, Huainan road was divided into Huainan East Road and Huainan West Road, and Taizhou was subordinate to Huainan East Road. That year, Taizhou was promoted to Taizhou army. Ji City belongs to Taixing County of Taizhou army on Huainan East Road. In 1080, Taixing county was divided into 4 townships and 2 towns. Ji City belongs to Taiping Township. In the fourth year of Xuanhe (1122), Taixing was transferred to Yangzhou, and Jishi belonged to Taixing County, Yangzhou Prefecture. In the third year of Jianyan in the Southern Song Dynasty (1129 AD), the Jin soldiers invaded the south, and Zeng ban, the garrison Minister of Taizhou, came down. Taizhou and Taixing were occupied by Jinbing. In the fourth year of Jianyan (1130), Taizhou army was demoted to Taizhou, and Jishi city was subordinate to Taizhou Taixing County of Gaoyou army. In 1135, Taixing county was transferred to Yangzhou. Ten years later, he returned to Taizhou. Twelve years ago, it was subordinate to Yangzhou. During this period, the membership of Jishi changed accordingly.
yuan dynasty
In July 1277, the yuan army conquered Taixing and promoted Taizhou to the office of the general manager of Taizhou road. The following year, Taizhou road belongs to Xuanwei Department of Huainan East Road. Ji City is located in Taixing County of Taizhou Road, Huainan East Road of Jianghuai province. In the 21th year of Zhiyuan (1284), Taizhou road was descended to Taizhou, which was under the jurisdiction of the general manager of Yangzhou road. Ji City belongs to Taixing County of Yangzhou Road, Huainan East Road, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province. In December of the 28th year of Zhiyuan (1291), all roads and prefectures in Jiangbei were subordinate to Zhongshu Province in Jiangbei, Henan Province, and Jishi was subordinate to Zhongshu Province in Jiangbei, Henan Province for 60 years. In March of the 12th year of Zhizheng reign (1352), Jishi followed Taixing county to the south of Huaihe River and went to Yangzhou Road, huaidong Road, Zhongshu province. In the first month of the 13th year of Zhizheng (1353), Zhang Shicheng, an anti yuan rebel, occupied Taizhou. On the first day of the first month of the next year, Jianguo was named Dazhou, and Jishi belonged to zhangshicheng territory of Dazhou.
the ming dynasty
In the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1368), the national division was adjusted. Jishi was under the jurisdiction of nanzhili and Taixing County, Yangzhou Prefecture. In 1381, Li Jia system was carried out. In 1461 ad, Taixing county was divided into 118 Li. Ji City belongs to Taiping Township, the 9th city is 35li. In the second year of Xuande (1427), Xuanzong of the Ming Dynasty, the country was divided into two cities and 13 provinces, with a three-level system of provinces, prefectures and counties. Ji City belongs to Taixing County, Yangzhou Prefecture.
Qing Dynasty
In June of the second year of Shunzhi (1645) of the Qing Dynasty, nanzhili was changed into Jiangnan Province, and Jishi was subordinate to Taixing County, Yangzhou Prefecture, Jiangnan province. In the 18th year of Shunzhi (1661), the Qing government announced the division of Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province. Ji City, along with Taixing County of Yangzhou Prefecture, is assigned to Anhui Province, which is under the management of Zuo Chengxuan's political secretary of Jiangnan province. In the fifth year of Kangxi (1666), Yangzhou government was assigned to Jiangsu Province from Anhui Province, and Jishi town was subordinate to Jiangnan Youcheng along with Taixing County of Yangzhou government, which was under the administration of the Ministry of political affairs. In June of the sixth year of Kangxi (1667), it was temporarily divided into Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. Ji City is temporarily under the jurisdiction of Taixing County, Yangzhou Prefecture, Huaiyang Haidao, Jiangsu Province. In the second year of Yongzheng reign (1724), Tongzhou was promoted to be a prefecture directly under the provincial government, and Taixing and Rugao counties were assigned to Tongzhou. Jishi town is under the jurisdiction of Suzhou Chengshi minister, Tongzhou Zhili Prefecture, Taixing county.
