Tuoli Town, belonging to LUANNAN COUNTY, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of LUANNAN COUNTY, bordering yaowangzhuang town in the East, Jiunong farm and Nanpu town in Tanghai County in the south, bogezhuang town in the west, Hugezhuang town in the north, with an administrative area of 37.56 square kilometers.
In May 1946, it belonged to six districts of LUANNAN COUNTY; in September 1994, Tuoli township was set up as a town. By the end of 2018, the population of Tuo Li town registered residence was 18245. As of June 2020, Tuoli town has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 1 Yuxin street, Tuoli village.

History of construction
