Quyang Township
Quyang township is named after the site of Quyang County in Han Dynasty. Quyang township is located in the southwest of Donghai County, bordering Xinyi City in the West. The township now governs 12 administrative villages, covering an area of 74.95 square kilometers (2017), with a cultivated area of 49000 Mu and a population of 38855 (2017).

Industry
Quyang township industry started late. In the 1960s, there were only one or two small workshops in Quyang township. After the reform and opening up in 1978, Donghai County crystal glasses factory and Donghai County crystal glasses factory were successively established in Quyang township. Donghai crystal factory had two of the largest autoclaves in China at that time. Yabang, crystal plate and other two products have won the title of excellent product. In 1994, the crystal factory established Fenghai crystal Co., Ltd. in joint venture with Hong Kong jilifeng Enterprise Co., Ltd., processing 12 million crystal wafers, creating an output value of 3.12 million yuan. Crystal factory has become the leading industry in Quyang township.
With the development of handicraft industry, Chengbei Village has developed a number of family workshops for crystal jewelry processing, commonly known as "grinding necklaces". Necklace grinding has become a pillar industry for farmers to earn income. The peak period was in the late 1990s. Almost every household's necklace grinding day and night, from the early pure manual development to semi-automatic, diversified, large-scale, crystal jewelry production and quality also showed a qualitative leap. Now the crystal / artificial crystal ornaments processed in Quyang have been sold all over the world.

Community Education Center
Our township has actively carried out community education project, education modernization project, education enriching project and mass cultural activities project. These projects complement each other and effectively promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of all undertakings in the township. Since 2009, community education in our township has stepped into a mature stage, with the establishment of an independent organization, the formation of a complete education network, the full integration of educational resources, the implementation of full staff training, and the further promotion of community education. 1、 Strengthening community education and standardizing operation

The leaders in charge of the township, propaganda, organization, school, public security, finance, land and resources, construction and management, health, power supply, safety supervision, culture and broadcasting are members. Community education organizations at all levels should adjust and enrich in time according to the work needs to ensure the normal development of all work.
2. Improve the rules and regulations of community education.

3. Pay attention to the utilization of regional resources.
First, fully integrate all kinds of education resources in the township, community education centers, primary and secondary schools, as well as community school education resources in villages and units, and open them to community members to the maximum extent. In accordance with the requirements of "guiding structural adjustment and forming industrial characteristics", our Township takes improving the scientific and technological quality of community members as the entry point, organizes the implementation of modern farmers' scientific and technological training project, and vigorously carries out practical technical training. In 2008, 118 training courses and 29500 person times were held. Among them, 15035 people were trained in practical technology in rural areas, 1480 people were trained in labor transfer, 450 people were trained in technology rich experts, 2223 people were trained in enterprise staff, 321 people were trained in elderly leisure education, and 820 people were trained in health care, law, literature and art backbone.
4、 Further promotion of Community Education

In 2010, 625 people in the township participated in the continuing education, and 95% of the in-service personnel under the age of 40 participated in the continuing education.
