Rugao high tech Industrial Development Zone in Jiangsu Province is located in the southeast of the main urban area of Rugao City, with a total administrative planning area of 77 square kilometers, 17 administrative villages (communities) and a total population of 64200. Rugao high tech Industrial Development Zone of Jiangsu Province was established in December 2009 and officially approved by Jiangsu provincial government in June 2012.
