Lvsigang town is a key town in Jiangsu Province and the largest town in Qidong City. It belongs to Qidong City, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It is located on the shore of the Yellow Sea and lies in Lvsi fishing ground, one of the four largest fishing grounds in China. Lvsi port is one of the six central fishing ports in China, belonging to the first class of national open ports. The administrative divisions of towns and townships were adjusted to merge the four villages of Lvsi, Tianfen, Zhaomin and Zhiliang. The administrative area of Xinglv sigang town is 152.8 square kilometers, and the fishing songs are listed in the intangible cultural heritage list of Jiangsu Province.
In 2019, lvsigang town was selected as one of the "Top 1000 towns with comprehensive strength in China in 2019", 2 places higher than the previous year. In the whole year, the general public budget revenue was 520 million yuan, the total industrial output value was 13.65 billion yuan, and the taxable sales of large-scale industries was 18.15 billion yuan; five major projects were newly signed, the warehousing tax of large-scale industries was 590 million yuan, and 39 72 km new town roads were built.
In July 2020, it won the honorary title of national health Township from 2017 to 2019.

Place name legend
Lvsigang town is a cultural ancient town with a history of more than 1300 years. It has been known as the "Pearl of the Yellow Sea" since ancient times. It is said that Lu Chunyang, one of the eight immortals, came here four times, so he was named Lu Si. It is also said that in ancient times there lived a large number of white cranes, so it is also called Hecheng.

The former lvsigang town is located in the northwest of the city, 27 kilometers away from the city. Lvsi town was built in 1949, changed to commune in 1958, and rebuilt in 1987. In 1996, dayanggang town was merged and renamed lvsigang town. It covers an area of 24.5 square kilometers and has a population of 44000. In 1996, it covers an area of 25.1 square kilometers and has a population of 30000. The former Tianfen town is located in the northwest of the city, adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the north and Haimen City in the west, 29 kilometers away from the city. Tianfen commune was established in 1962, township was changed in 1983, and town was established in 1994. In 1996, it covers an area of 37.9 square kilometers and has a population of 36000. It has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages including xingfuqiao, Ruyi, Chuanhe, Qijia, Zhahe, Weidang, Daju, Jujian, liufutou, Xinsha, Tianfen, niansizong, nianwuzong, ZhouJie, jiuzonghai, Batou, Fanlong and nianbazong.
The former qintangang town is located in the north of the city, adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the north and haozhigang River in the south, 25 kilometers away from the urban area. Xinyu commune was established in 1965, changed its name to Qintan commune in 1981, changed its Township in 1983, and established a town in 1994.
