imperial envoy
Imperial envoy minister, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Q à NCH à ID à ch é n, which means imperial envoy for short. It was a temporary official post in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It comes from Qing Dynasty Ruan Kuisheng's "Chayu Hakka · imperial envoy".
