Yellow skin and thin skin
The Chinese idiom, Hu á NGP í Gu ǎ s ō u in pinyin, is used to describe the appearance of yellow skin and thin muscles, which is the same as "yellow skin and thin skin". It's from "before and after Ningdu military violence".
The idiom comes from Xiong Botao's Ningdu soldiers before and after the violence: "a group of people who are so hungry and thin are holding out two skinny hands."
