Zhu Xuezeng (1885-1924), a political figure and jurist of the Republic of China. Pingyue, Guizhou. In his early years, he studied in Japan. After returning home, he served as secretary of the cabinet of the Qing government. After the founding of the Republic of China, he successively served as the judge and President of the high court of the capital, and the chief editor of the law compilation hall. Later, he was a professor of Beijing University of political science and law. He died in November 1924.
