Kang Seng Kai (Sanskrit Name: Sam! Ghavarman), transliterated as Sangha Bama, is a Buddhist Scripture translator during the Three Kingdoms period. It is said that he is an Indian. Translated wuliangshoujing.

However, it can be inferred from the surname Kang that it is related to the Central Asian countries where Kang lived. From 252, the fourth year of Jiaping, Cao Wei, to Luoyang, he translated two volumes of Yujia's elder scriptures, two volumes of wuliangshou's scriptures and one volume of sifenzajiemo's scriptures in Baima temple. In the past, wuliangshou sutra was translated by Kang Seng Kai. However, the translation of wuliangshou Sutra is quite different from Yujia's elder Sutra, so scholars still have different opinions. It is also doubtful that there is a volume of wuliangshou Buddha's name, interest, great event and cause Sutra in wanxu's Sutra, which is signed by Cao Weikang and translated by Seng Kai.
