Zhu bingshou (1836-1914), named Shenglu and Shaoyu, was the grandson of Zhu Changyi, the number one scholar, and the richest man of Haiyan in the late Qing Dynasty. He once served as the magistrate of Chaozhou, Guangdong, and wrote manuscripts of Menglu temple.
Xianfeng eight years (1858) Ju Ren, Tongzhi four years (1865) Jinshi, head of the Ministry of household, Guangdong Chaozhou Prefecture magistrate. Guangxu 14 years (1888) because of his mother's illness resigns to return home, in Haiyan County built a house named Zhuyuan. He wrote manuscripts of menglu'an, etc.
