Personal profile
Fang Hui (1227-1305) was a poet and poeticist in Yuan Dynasty. Fang Hui, who has no moral integrity to speak of, is ridiculed by the world. However, he is good at discussing poetry and prose. He is the leader of Jiangxi poetry school and is the Royal Army of Jiangxi poetry school (see history of Chinese literature, Vol. 3, Part 6, literature of Yuan Dynasty). Thousands of words. She County, Huizhou (now Anhui) people. Li Zong of the Southern Song Dynasty was the first to flatter Jia Sidao, an official in power, with "a hundred chants of plum blossoms". Later, he saw that the power of the Tao was defeated, and then he was appointed the magistrate of Yanzhou (now Jiande, Zhejiang). When the yuan soldiers arrived, he sang the theory of defending the frontier. When the yuan soldiers arrived, he was appointed as the general manager of Jiande road. Soon after he was dismissed, he wandered around Hangzhou and Shexian. In his later years, he made a living by selling literature in Hangzhou and even died of old age.
After Fang Hui dismissed from office, he devoted himself to poetry. He selected poems of the Tang and Song Dynasties and commented on them, and named them "yingkuiluzui", a total of 49 volumes.

"Liuhuiling Wangming mansion", "Yu's Pipa line" and "my five character quatrains"
Appreciative Remarks
Many of Fang Hui's poems reflect the real social life. His "grass by the road" describes the desolation of the land and the collapse of the houses in the war: "sometimes I meet a cottage and groan for the childish. He was often afraid of the sound of the horse's hooves and was acquitted. Run to the valley, and fear the tiger and wolf bite. Once a little rest, chase Xu Fu trouble Pain "life value is difficult, as roadside grass.". "Two poems for Mr. Gao Rao" says that "there are many marquis in the world, and they are murderers.". The meaning is rather sharp. In addition, in the five poems of Penghu daozhongzashu, "when the fields are old, they will surely win the market.". Although the language is clumsy, but embrace the truth. How can government officials, especially those who want to impoverish the peasants He poured sympathy into the peasants. "Spring rain is no longer worrying about silkworm wheat" depicts women's mood. Fang Hui advocated the idea that Jiangxi poetry school had three schools of thought. He also learned from Huang Tingjian and Chen Shidao, but lost his strength. In his old age, he said that he was plain, but he was slang.
Fang Hui's prose, the general catalogue of Siku Quanshu, said: "the discussion of learning, a respect for Zhu Zi, respect for justice and ward off evil, spare no effort, actually mellow the words of Confucianism." In fact, these articles are false and pedantic, lacking literary taste. However, some short and pithy works, such as the preface to sending Xu Junqi to Yan, are open-minded and unrestrained. They express their complaints, and they want to talk about it, leaving endless meaning, which is quite thought-provoking. The words should be brief and to the point. As for his self comparison with chrysanthemum, he said: "all kinds of flowers are still proud of frost." Seeing groups of Southern scholars working as officials in the north is just a way to comfort themselves.
Fang Hui's works include Tongjiang poetry collection. According to Dai Biaoyuan's preface to Tongjiang poems, it was engraved in Yanzhou, 65 volumes. There are 4 volumes of Tongjiang collection and 36 volumes of Tongjiang sequel. Many of his works are lost. There are two kinds of printed editions of yingkuiluzui, one is published by Wu Zhizhen, the other is engraved by Chen Shitai in Suzhou, which is the edition of Longji in the third year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty.
