Yao pengtu, Liu Ping, Gu Feng, Su Zhenyang (today's Taicang), Guangxu Xinmao (1891), was a magistrate of Zou County in Shandong Province, and the eunuch lived in Jinan. Xuantong (1909-1911) of the Qing Dynasty, Luo Zhengjun, as an advisor, assisted in the preparation of Shandong Provincial Library and Jinshi conservatory. Yao Peng is broad-minded, elegant and good at collecting gold and stone. He especially likes inscriptions. The rich collection of inscriptions and the fine examination of inscriptions make him known as "Jiyuan scholar". At the end of the 1930s, he died, with steles and paintings scattered. Most of them are collected by Shandong Provincial Library. Gongshi and kaishu are highly valued. The inscription of Shandong provincial library was written by sun Baotian and Yao Peng.
Yao Peng's painting is called Liuping, and Liuping is called Gufeng. He was born in Zhenyang (today's Taicang) of Jiangsu Province, and in Xinmao (1891) of Guangxu county. He was the magistrate of Zouxian County of Shandong Province. He wrote "Fu sang Bai Ba Yin" and "Liu Ping Ci".
