Dai Fei, female, Han nationality, was born in July 1963 in Xuyi, Jiangsu Province. She joined the party in November 1992 and began to work in December 1980. She graduated from the Constitution and administrative law major of the Party School of the provincial Party committee and graduated from the Party School of the provincial Party committee.
He is now Secretary of the Party group and chief procurator of Yangzhou people's Procuratorate.

On January 23, 2017, the Standing Committee of the seventh Yangzhou Municipal People's Congress held its 34th meeting and appointed Dai Fei as deputy Procurator General of Yangzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate.
On March 30, 2017, the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th people's Congress of Jiangsu Province approved the appointment of Dai Fei as the procurator general of Yangzhou people's Procuratorate.
