Xu Ying
Xu Ying, born in April 1983 in Sichuan, Han nationality, non party, from Meishan City, Sichuan Province, is a doctor of engineering, a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a scientist of Beidou navigation system, deputy director of the navigation technology office of the Institute of Optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a young scientist of the world economic forum 2020.
Xu Ying studied in communication engineering of Beijing Institute of information technology since 1999; after graduation in 2003, she obtained master's degree and doctoral degree in signal and information processing of Beijing University of technology for further study; in 2009, she graduated from signal and information processing of Beijing University of technology, and worked in optoelectronic research institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences in the same year; from January 2012 to December 2014, she worked in Chinese Academy of Sciences He is an associate researcher of the Institute of optoelectronics, and has been a doctoral supervisor and researcher of the Institute of optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences since January 2015.
Xu Ying's main research direction is satellite navigation and positioning technology. She continues to carry out research on navigation signal system, navigation enhancement technology, fast acquisition and precision tracking technology of high dynamic and high sensitivity navigation signal.

Xu Ying was born in Sichuan in 1983.
In 1999, at the age of 16, Xu Ying came to Beijing Institute of information technology (now Beijing University of information technology) to study in communication engineering.
In 2003, after graduating from the University of science and technology, he was admitted to Beijing University of technology of signal and information processing.
From September 2003 to July 2009, he studied for a doctorate in Beijing University of technology.
In 2009, he graduated from Beijing University of technology, majoring in signal and information processing. In the same year, he worked in the Institute of optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
From July 2009 to December 2011, he was an assistant researcher in the Institute of optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
From January 2012 to December 2014, he was an associate researcher of the Institute of optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Since January 2015, he has been a doctoral supervisor and researcher of Institute of optoelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
In 2015, Xu Ying, 32, became the youngest doctoral supervisor of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
From August 2016 to November 2016, I worked as a visiting scholar at York University.
Main achievements
Achievements in scientific research
Xu Ying has been engaged in the construction of Beidou satellite navigation system for a long time, and served as the chief designer of the subsystem of Beidou system test system, completing the Beidou signal enhancement technology test of the first LEO satellite in China. While systematically researching the overall technology of navigation enhancement, she carried out strategic research on the concept and architecture of China's national pnt system, mainly participated in proposing the concept and architecture of China's national pnt system, and supported the development of China's national pnt technology. In 2006, Xu Ying learned from her tutor about the research work of Beidou satellite, and experienced a series of milestone events in the field of Beidou navigation, such as the application of Beidou second generation, the launch of Beidou third generation networking satellite, and the demonstration of future pnt system with Beidou as the core.
