He Nanyu (about 1753-1831), a native of Boluo County in Qing Dynasty, lived in duyuanfang. He was elected in 1765 (the 30th year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty). In 1799 (the fourth year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty), Jinshi was elected to be a good scholar. In 1803 (the eighth year of Jiaqing), he entered the Imperial Academy to enrich the library. Since 1805 (the 10th year of Jiaqing period), he has served as the examiners of the imperial examination, the censor of Henan Dao, the censor of Zhejiang Dao, and the magistrate of Lin'an in Yunnan Province. Later, he was appointed as the grain reserve of Yunnan Province and the prefect of Yidong. He said that he only knew how to read in his life. Once he was an official, he would be like an old scholar riding a horse and faltering around. He Nanyu took various measures to fight against pirates and bandits, so that the pirates were pacified and the border was leveled. At the same time, he also donated money to help the flood victims in he'e county. When he resigned and returned home, thousands of officials and people kept him. After returning to Guangdong, Ruan Yuan, the governor of Guangdong and Guangdong, was employed as the principal of Guangzhou Xuehai hall and the bishop of Yuexiu Academy. He Nanyu's composition, dating back to the Zhou and Qin scholars, is unrestrained and unrestrained with a distinct theme. He loved famous people's painting and calligraphy. He once won Tang Bohu's handwritten poetry volume, and Ruan Yuan's title was "Liu Ru Zhen Ben". Over 70 years old, he died at home. His works include Yan Dian Xue Ji Shi Ji and Fan Jing Tang Wen Ji.
