Ren Hua, female, Han nationality, was born in March 1964 in Yantai, Shandong Province. She joined the Communist Party of China in November 1984 and began to work in July 1986. She graduated from the Chinese language and Literature Department of Xinjiang University with a university degree and a master's degree in business administration.
