Yao Kuan
Yao Kuan, whose name is Lingwei, is called Xixi. He was born in Shengxian County of Kuaiji (now Shengxian County of Zhejiang Province). He moved to Zhuji with his father in the third year of Xuanhe of Song Dynasty. His sons, Yao Kan and Yao, were only the ancestors of Yao family in Taoyao village, Lipu Town, Zhuji City. He was an outstanding historian, scientist and famous poet in Song Dynasty.

Yao Kuan is extremely intelligent, well-known and good at astronomical calculation. His special work is Ci Zhang, Zhuan Li and Gongji. Later, Yao Kuan made up his official position with shade. When LV Yihao and Li guangshuai came to Jiangdong, they all recruited Yao Kuan to serve in the shogunate. After Qin Hui was in power, he refused to appoint Yao Kuan because of his old resentment. After that, Yao Kuan was recommended by he Yunzhong, Xu Lin, Zhang Xiaoxiang and others, and served as a member of Shangshu's household department, wailang, and an editor of the Privy Council.

Yao Kuan collected the facts of using crossbows and the techniques of making crossbows in ancient and modern times, and wrote the book of guarding crossbows for the imperial court. His other works include Xixi collection, notes to historical records, supplementary notes to the policy of Warring States, etc. Yao Kuan left only five poems.

Yao Kuan is known as "famous flower thirty guest" because of the chapter of flower guest.
