Zhou Tiguan (1618-1680) was born in Zunhua, Zhili, Hebei Province. In 1648, he was elected to the imperial examination in the fifth year of Shunzhi, and in 1649, he became a Jinshi in the sixth year of Shunzhi. His works include qinghetang collection and nanzhoucao. After he became an official, he lived in xunxian County, Henan Province.

Zhou's style is characterized by his love for Liu Zongyuan and Du Fu.
