Wu Bangzhi, chairman and executive director of Baosheng international.

Mr. Wu Bangzhi graduated from Tamkang University in Taiwan with a bachelor's degree in banking and insurance. After his military service in 1978, Mr. Wu started his business in Bank of America Taipei Branch. He later held different management positions at ABN AMRO, chase bank and BNP Paribas. In 2000, Mr. Wu was invited by Taixin International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. to take up the post of corporate banking. After about 25 years of working in the financial services industry, Mr. Wu was invited by Baocheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (Baocheng) in 2003 to take up the post of deputy general manager, responsible for the financial and investment strategy and daily management of Baocheng group. Mr. Wu also serves as supervisor of Elite Computer Co., Ltd., which is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange of China, and as Kleine Development Ltd. And director of Huayi bank, Shanghai, China. Apart from the above disclosure, Mr. Wu has not been a director of any other listed company in the past three years. He was appointed chairman of the board of directors of Baosheng International (Holdings) Limited on August 12, 2016.
