Qiao Shunan (1849-1917) was born in Huayang, Han nationality, with the word Maoxuan and the word Shuan. He had a good reputation in literature, and he was called "Shu Liangsheng" together with Renshou Maofu (Shuyun). He successively served as the principal and doctor, promoted the censor, and moved to zuocheng.
Tongzhi paid tribute to the Ministry of punishment, carefully studied the criminal law, and made clear his promise. During the reform movement of 1898, Liu Guangdi was killed, and Qiao did not avoid punishment. He was inclined to cry, and then Gao Zhi was discussed.
