He was born in 1126, the first year of Jingkang in the Northern Song Dynasty. At the age of 11, he studied hard. His family was poor and could not get books. He borrowed books and copied them. He could not sleep. In the 27th year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1157), he became a Jinshi. He was the magistrate of Haiyan County and the transfer officer of Guangdong East Road. He was specially granted the title of court official. He was the founder of Luoyuan county. He had 300 households in the city and was granted purple goldfish bags. When he became the magistrate of Haiyan County in Zhejiang Province, he dared to bring the unruly gentry under his jurisdiction to justice, and the territory was stable. At the end of Xiaozong in the Southern Song Dynasty, 35 talents were recommended by the courtiers, 5 of whom were loyal and honest, and Huang Huan was the first. At the beginning of emperor Guangzong, he was specially granted the rightist advice. Shangshu advised the emperor to be thrifty, and Guangzong praised him as "very honest and loyal". Later, he repeatedly talked about the current affairs, and put forward the idea of taking agriculture as the foundation and not allowing corrupt officials to extort money from farmers endlessly. It is pointed out in "on the political punishment of Ming Dynasty" that "the people are poor, the soldiers are arrogant, the officials are too many and the officials are redundant" and "the legal prohibition is not carried out, and the punishment is not clear". In "on the selection of officials", it reveals the corrupt behavior in the officialdom. In "on the way of monks and nuns", the emperor was advised to take the death of emperor Liang Wu as a mirror, "uphold justice and be far away from monks and nuns". As for the interests of central Fujian, you know nothing about it and won the emperor's praise. Zhu Xi and other people of insight also highly praised and widely spread. When he was an official, he recommended 24 people to be officials. When he was in Guangxi, he was able to make an in-depth investigation of Zang. He was outspoken and distinguished between the good and bad officials. He once found out that seven people, including Chen Dang in Guizhou, were Zang, and five people, including Liang he in Jiyang army, were No. Huang Huan resigned in the fifth year of Qingyuan (1199) of the Southern Song Dynasty, and was awarded the title of secretary Ge Xiuzhuan and jiyingdian Xiuzhuan. He died in the second year of Jiatai (1202) at the age of 76 and was given to Shaoshi after his death.
