Huang Mei, female, born in March 1966, is a native of Fuzhou, Fujian Province. At present, he is assistant to the Dean, professor and master's supervisor of School of medicine of Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine. He is a member of Chinese Pharmacology Society, a member of Chinese Traditional Medicine Experimental Pharmacology Society, and an executive director of Fujian Pharmacology Society.

He graduated from Fujian Medical University with a bachelor's degree in 1987 and Shanghai Medical University with a master's degree in 1992. He has been a teacher of Microbiology and immunology in Fujian Medical University, and a deputy general manager and senior engineer of Fujian Yang Zhenhua 851 Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

He has been engaged in pharmacological research for a long time, mainly in cardio cerebrovascular pharmacology and anti-inflammatory immunopharmacology.
