Working experience
From 1968 to 1972, he worked in the Ministry of culture of the State Council from 1975 to 1978 and participated in the work of the special task force for examining the backbone of the gang of four. from 1979 to 1981, he was in charge of cultural exchange at the Chinese Embassy in Australia. from 1982 to 2013, he mainly worked in the Institute of law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and successively served as assistant researcher, associate researcher, distinguished researcher, and chief editor of global legal review. From 1982 to the end of 1984, he participated in the Sino British negotiations on the return of Hong Kong's sovereignty to China. from 1995 to 2004, he was a full-time lawyer and served as the legal adviser of more than ten international top 500 companies.
