Liu Yu
Liu Yu (1849-1914) was a native of dadadi village. In the Qing Dynasty, he was granted a general of martial arts, and in the Jin Dynasty, he was granted a Jinshi background. He once served as a guard of Hualing in front of the imperial court. He was in charge of xiezhen town in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. He was in charge of Zhongxie Town, the capital of Shaanxi Province. He was appointed as the chief soldier of Suzhou.

Liu Yu lost his father when he was three years old. He and his two brothers engaged in agriculture and learned to bow horses. He practiced martial arts assiduously, and his physical strength was excellent. The 800 Jin stone lion lifted his belly to his knees. Because of his excellent martial arts, he became famous in the scientific examination. He was an 18-year-old student and a 19-year-old member. He was Jieyuan in 1870. The imperial examination is "inclined" and the imperial examination is held in Hanlin. Lianzhong Sanyuan, so Liu's hall is called Sanyuan hall. In 1871, he entered the Qianqing gate and served as the former bodyguard. In the ninth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1883), he was granted the post of guerrilla in Qingyang Prefecture of Gansu Province for more than ten years. The case was solved immediately, which made the community stable, orderly and popular.

In December of the 23rd year of Guangxu (1897), he was sent to acting Xie Town, Dingbian, to get rid of the long-standing malpractice of the officers in the barracks. In the 25th year of Guangxu (1899), in Qingyang Prefecture, there was a famine in the year of disaster. Recommended by the political envoy fan Zengxiang, he was transferred to Fubiao as a general of the Chinese army. He galloped to Xingping County, where his father and his elders filed a lawsuit. He told them to settle the dispute and not to kill one person. In the first year of Xuantong (1909), Mao qingfan, the governor of Gansu Province, appointed an adviser to the governor's office to investigate the case of Taohe Buddhist monks in Gansu Province. He volunteered to ride alone into Tibet for several months. After investigation, he found out that it was an arbitrary decision, which was admired by the public. Afterwards, he was awarded. Xuantong two years (1910) in charge of the Department of coordination in the town, to help Tong Gansu road patrol. Recommend and supplement shouxie town in Ancheng, Shaanxi Province. In 1912 (the first year of the Republic of China), Gansu general was appointed in the first month, which was the year when the revolution of 1911 was successful. He died in houshanjiao village in July 1914 at the age of 65.
