(1) New sensors, actuators and automatic detection based on ultrasonic technology. Main contributions
The research direction has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for three consecutive times, and has been supported by the electronic industry development fund and a number of enterprises on the application of saw RFID tags and wireless, passive temperature, pressure sensors and other pre research projects.
