Wang Jiyuan, born in fan County, Henan Province in 1948, is a member of Henan Artists Association, vice chairman of Jiyuan Artists Association and vice president of Wangwushan painting and Calligraphy Academy. He has been employed as a professor in the Correspondence College of Chinese Oriental painting and calligraphy, a specially invited painter in the Academy of Chinese painting, and an honorary president of Caozhou peony Painting Academy.

The works of sanfuweng have been exhibited in China Art Museum, capital museum, people's Cultural Palace and 25 provinces and cities in China for many times. They have won awards.
