Wang Chengjuan (961-1009), whose name was Xiyue, was the second son of Wang Shenqi, the founder of the country. He was a native of western Liaoning before moving to Luoyang (now Henan).
His elder brother Wang Chengyan was the Duwei of emperor Taizu's son-in-law. Taizong was in charge of Xuzhou army. In Xianping, Zhenzong successively knew Yanzhou, daizhou, and Bingzhou, all of which were under the jurisdiction of soldiers and horses. He changed his food policy, and Fengxiang, Zhang Yong, was ill. He was ordered to take his place. Jingde knows Tianxiong army. Dazhong Xiangfu first year (1008) know Shouzhou. He died in two years and was 49 years old. A collection has been lost.
