Preface to CI Jie

In Yuefu before Tang Dynasty, poetry contained its Ci, which was similar to poetry. Therefore, CI in the Song Dynasty, but also language calligraphy, Qing Yan in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, is the latter can not be added.
