Wang Youbi, whose name is Wanchang, is called Liangzhai. He was an official of the Qing Dynasty in China and was born in Shandong. He served as the prefect of Taiwan in 1783 (48 years of Qianlong's reign), and then served as the local ruler of Taiwan in the Qing Dynasty in 1788 (53 years of Qianlong's reign).
