Wang Zhang

Wang Zhang, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1956 in Fangcheng, Henan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China in August 1984. He graduated from the Department of agronomy of Baiquan Agricultural College (now Henan University of science and Technology) and graduated from the party School of Henan provincial Party committee.

He once served as the chairman of Zhengzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference in Henan Province.
