Wang Qian, female, born in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province in 1993, is a Chinese shooter who plays for the national team. On August 6, 2018, the list of athletes of the Chinese delegation to the Asian Games in Jakarta was announced, with Wang Qian on the list. On November 21, 2019, Wang Qian won the bronze medal of women's 10m air pistol in the finals of the 2019 International Shooting Association World Cup.
Early experience
Born in Xianyang in 1993, Wang Qian entered the city youth sports school and soon became an excellent shooter. In April 2010, due to excellent results, he was sent to the women's pistol training class of the provincial shooting team. Coaches Lu Gang and Guo Wenjun helped her a lot and made her stick to it.
Sports career
On August 28, 2017, in the 13th National Games Shooting Competition, in the women's 10m air pistol competition, Shaanxi girl Wang Qian won a bronze medal.
On May 28, 2018, in Munich, the fourth leg of the 2018 International Shooting Federation World Cup, in the women's 10m air pistol competition, Wang Qian was the only one of the three Chinese players to reach the final. In the final, Wang Qian won the championship with 240.1 rings.
