Lou Yu (? - 1078), a famous educator in the Northern Song Dynasty, was a famous educator. Originally from Fenghua, he moved to Yin County of Qingyuan prefecture (now Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province). Because they live in the south of the city, they are called the south of the city. Living near Yuehu Lake, scholars call him Mr. Xihu.
