Lou Chang, Minister of the Northern Song Dynasty. Lou Yu's eldest son is from Yin county (now Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province).
In the second year of the reign of emperor Yingzong of the Northern Song Dynasty (1065), he was a Jinshi of Yike, who knew the Xinghua army. In the third year of Yuanfu (1100), he knew Taizhou as a court official.
There are two kinds of buildings. Lou Yi was once the magistrate of Mingzhou, and was appreciated by Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty. He used Zigui as a gift to doctor jinziguanglu.
