Wang Mengying, a native of you county (now Hunan Province), was born in Shengyu and Jingde. Du Zong Xianchun ten years (1274) Jinshi, transfer Luling Wei.

Wang Mengying was captured in Lin'an in the Yuan Dynasty, and was stationed in the king's army. In the second year of duanzong's reign in Jingyan, he served in Tanzhou. Together with Zhao Xuan, Zhang Hu, Zhang Tang, Wu Xixuan and Chen Ziquan, he set up troops in Shao and Yongjian to meet Wen Tianxiang, and sent an envoy to Tonggui Shuai. Then he returned to Pingxiang, defeated Yashan, and ran to Yongxin. He is the author of spring and autumn collection.
