Yang Jiuwan (1794-1837), whose name is Yutian, was born in Cixi, Zhejiang Province. In the 24th year of Jiaqing reign of Qing Dynasty (1819), Chen Hang was the second Jinshi.
Profile
After he became a Jinshi, Yang Jiuwan was awarded the Imperial Academy editor. In the early years of Daoguang, Yang Jiuwan took the imperial examination and got the first grade in the Sanguan examination. Therefore, in the second year of Daoguang reign, Yang Jiuwan was promoted to be the alternate of imperial censor. Soon, he was appointed as the censor of Shaanxi Province. In the fifth year of Daoguang's reign, he passed the examination in Beijing and became a prefect. In the second year, the governor of Qingyang Prefecture in Gansu Province was supplemented. Introduced by the officials of the Ministry of rites, Emperor Daoguang commented on Yang Jiuwan: it seems to be OK. In the 16th year of Daoguang, Yang Jiuwan was promoted to liandaotai in Nanshao, Guangdong Province. The next year, Yang Jiuwan died. Guan to Guangdong nanshaolian road.
