Li Liang, known as emperor Qianwang of Tang Dynasty, was a native of Didao (now Lintao County, Gansu Province). Li Shi, the fourth son of emperor Dezong of Tang Dynasty.
In the 14th year of Dali (779), he was granted the title of King Qian, and was granted the title of "Kaifu Yitong" and "Kaifu Yitong". He successively led the Jiedu envoys of caizhou, Lingzhou, Cangzhou and Xuzhou.
Life of the characters
In the 14th year of Dali, he was granted the title of Kaifu Yitong and the third division. In the second year of Zhenyuan period, he led Cai Zhou's festival ambassador and Shen Guangcai's observation envoys, and took general Wu Shaocheng as his posterity. Ten years later, he led Shuofang's ambassador of Lingyan Festival and governor of Lingzhou City, and took Shuofang's marching commander Li Luan as Zuo Sima, magistrate, and Shuofang's stay in lingfu. In September of the 11th year, Cheng Huaixin, the great general of Henghai, chased Cheng Huaizhi. In October, Li Liang led the ambassador of Henghai Festival, cangjing observation and other envoys, and Cheng Huaixin, the military envoy of Duzhi, stayed behind. In the 16th year, Xu Shuai Zhang Jianfeng died and Xu Jun was in chaos. Li Liang led Xuzhou Jiedu ambassador and Xu Sihao to observe and deal with them. Zhang Min, the son of Xu Jianfeng, was left behind.
