Li Fan (686-726), whose real name is Li longfan, was born in Chengji County, Gansu Province. Li Dan, the fourth son of emperor Ruizong of the Tang Dynasty, is a minister of the imperial family of the Tang Dynasty. His mother is Cui Ruren.
At the beginning, he was granted the title of King Zheng, and then the title of King Wei. During the period of Empress Wu, he was demoted to be the king of Baling Prefecture, and was granted food and imperial service. After the restoration of emperor Zhongzong of Tang Dynasty, he moved to Shaoqing of Taifu, Biejia of Longzhou, and Yinqing Guanglu. He supported Tang Ruizong's restoration, became king Qi, worshipped Tai Changqing, and moved to the left Yulin Wei general. After Tang Xuanzong ascended the throne, he took part in the elimination of the power group of Princess Taiping, moved the prince Shaoshi, and became the governor of huaguoqi. Eight years later, he moved to the crown prince.
In the 14th year of Kaiyuan (726), he died and presented the book to Prince Huiwen, who was buried in Qiaoling.

Li Fan, king of Qi, was the fourth son of Li Dan, Emperor Ruizong of Tang Dynasty. It was named longfan at the beginning, avoiding emperor and taboo. Every winter when he freezes his hands, Li Fan, the king of Qi, doesn't go to the fire. Instead, he calls in young and beautiful prostitutes to put their hands in her arms to keep warm. It's called "fragrant muscles warming hands".

He is fond of learning Gongshu, loves Confucianism, and has no high or low status. He is kind to Yan Chaoyin, Liu tingqi, Zhang Er and Zheng Yao, and often drinks wine and Fu poems for entertainment. He also gathered calligraphy and painting, which are all treasured in the world. At the beginning of the Sui Dynasty, the forbidden books were annihilated. Tang Xingmu came back and hid in the secret palace. In the early years of Chang'an, Zhang Yizhi was a good craftsman in the world. Xue Ji was defeated again, Li Fan got it, and his later death was burned by fire. Pei Xuji, the commander of the emperor's son-in-law, was good at prophecy. He traveled with Li Fan privately and moved to Lingnan. Liu tingqi demoted Yazhou to be the governor of Shanchi county. However, the emperor said to Li Fan: "it's different for me to have brotherhood! I don't think it's a good idea that the competitors are attached to each other. " At that time, the king Mao Zhong and others were humble, slightly violent and expensive. All the kings would add gifts when they saw it, and Li Fan was the only one who could take it freely.

Li Fan, Prince of Huiwen, was first named longfan, the fourth son of Li Dan, Emperor Ruizong of Tang Dynasty, and Li Longji, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty. Xuanzongli and Liye, the king of Xue, avoided the emperor's name. Zheng, king of the early period, was renamed Wei. After being granted baling by Russia, he entered Wangqi and became taichangqing, governor of Bingzhou and general of zuoyulinwei. He killed Princess Taiping from Emperor Xuanzong and granted him the title of meritorious service. Li was the governor of the state and moved to the crown prince.
