Scientific research achievements
The research work focuses on molecular imaging and molecular probes. In view of the clinical difficulties of glioma, such as "difficulty in accurate localization", "difficulty in complete resection", "difficulty in effective treatment", focusing on the key scientific issues of "spanning and regulating the blood-brain barrier of glioma", this paper focuses on the study of the structure and microenvironment characteristics of the blood-brain barrier in the infiltrating area of glioma, creates a secondary targeting strategy across the blood-brain barrier to trace the infiltrating area of glioma, and reveals the response signals of tumor microenvironment Objective to explore the feasibility of guiding the surgical resection of gliomas, and to establish a new method to actively target and regulate the blood-brain barrier permeability of gliomas. A series of achievements have been made in the key clinical fields of "precise positioning", "surgical navigation", "drug delivery" and "integration of diagnosis and treatment" of glioma. Presided over 4 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 key projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Selected into the Ministry of education "new century talents", "Shanghai young scientific and technological talents", Shanghai Education Commission "dawn talents" and "Zhangjiang talents" program. In recent five years (since 2012), the corresponding author Adv.Mater .、ACSNano、 Chem.Sci .、Theranostics、Int.J.Cancer、J. Cereb.BloodFlow&Metab . and other mainstream journals published 21 SCI papers, total if151, average if7.4, cited more than 1000 times. Two patents have been authorized. The diagnosis of brain glioma across blood-brain barrier won the second prize of national science and Technology Progress Award in 2015 (ranking second). He also won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014 (ranking fifth) and the first prize of science and technology progress award of Ministry of education in 2011 (ranking fifth).
