Li Zemin
Li Zemin, male, was born in November 1934 in Cangxi, Sichuan Province. University degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1954. He joined the Chinese people's Liberation Army in February 1950.
He once served as Deputy Secretary of Liaoning provincial Party committee, Secretary of Shenyang municipal Party committee, Secretary of Zhejiang provincial Party committee of CPC, and director of the Standing Committee of the eighth and ninth Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress.

Under the impact of the "Cultural Revolution", Shenyang Agricultural College of Liaoning Province was transferred to work in rural areas; political teacher of political work group, deputy director of Marxism Leninism teaching and research section, lecturer of Shenyang Agricultural College of Liaoning Province; director of the "Gang of four" Office of Shenyang Agricultural College of Liaoning Province, member of the Party committee, deputy director of the Propaganda Department (presided over the work), and Secretary of Marxism Leninism teaching and research section; Shenyang Agricultural College of Liaoning Province Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee, Minister of publicity, deputy secretary of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee; Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee, deputy secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee; Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee from December 1988 to September 1998. In January 1993, he was elected director of the Standing Committee of the eighth Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress. From January 1998 to January 2003, he served as director of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress.
