Process tips
1. The oil temperature should be high when frying. The time of frying should not be too long. Fish should be fished at one touch. Otherwise, the water content of fish will lose a lot and the meat will get old;
2. Pork fat slices should be cut as thin as possible, so that they can be roasted easily during roasting, so as to meet the requirements of meat flavor in fish;
