Raw Rehmannia glutinosa, lunch meat, cabbage heart 100 g each, 10 jujubes, 1 black chicken (about 1500 g), 150 g mushrooms, 150 g Flammulina velutipes, 200 g lotus root, 20 g ginger, 15 g green onion, 10 g refined salt, 5 g monosodium glutamate, 25 ml cooking wine, 2500 ml bone soup.

1. Soak the Rehmannia glutinosa for 3 to 5 hours, take it out and cut it into thin slices; wash the jujube and drain the water; kill the black chicken, remove the hair, viscera and claw tip, blanch the blood in the boiling water and cut it into 5cm square pieces; remove the pedicel of mushroom and Flammulina velutipes and wash the sediment; wash the vegetable heart and drain the water; slice the lunch meat; peel and slice the lotus root. All the above ingredients are packed in plates and put around the hot pot for use.
2. Put the bone soup into the pressure cooker, add black chicken pieces and Rehmannia glutinosa slices; boil the jujube, ginger, scallion, salt, cooking wine, add monosodium glutamate for seasoning, then you can eat all kinds of raw materials.
