2. Put the pig intestines into the boiling water again and simmer until they are eight mature. Take them out and air them slightly. Dry them with a clean cloth. Put them in a large bowl and add 20g soy sauce and 1g refined salt to marinate them.
3. Put the frying pan on a high heat, heat the sesame oil to 70% heat, fry the fat sausage until golden yellow, remove it and cut it into 0.5cm thick elephant eye shaped sausage ring.
4. Put the wok on a high heat, add 50g of cooked oil, heat up, add minced ginger and garlic, and add the sausage.

Production process
1. Put the frying pan on a high heat, add some water and bring to a boil. Put in the sausage and cook for 2 minutes. Take it out and rinse it with water;
2. Change the water to boil, put the pig intestines into the pot and simmer until eight mature, take them out for a little air, dry them with a clean cloth, remove the grease and put them into a bowl, then add 25g soy sauce to marinate and taste;
3. Put the frying pan on a high heat, pour in the peanut oil, and heat it to 70%. Put the sausage into the pan, stir it with a spatula while frying, until the sausage is golden, remove it and drain the oil;
4. Cut the fat intestines into 0.3cm thick elephant eye shaped intestines;
5. Put the wok on the high heat, add the cooked lard, stir the scallion in the wok, add the yellow rice wine, ginger, 100 ml pork soup, mushrooms, yulanpian, soy sauce, refined salt and fat sausage, that is, put the wok on the low heat for 5 minutes, then move the wok to the high heat for 1 minute, add monosodium glutamate, thicken with wet starch, pour in the cooked lard, and serve.

Main ingredients: sausage, green pepper
Excipients: sugar, salt, Baijiu, Chinese traditional medicine, Chinese prickly ash, pepper, ginger and onion.
