Raw materials for steamed eggs
Four pieces of tofu, two raw mushrooms, two spinach, one fried bean bun, four carrot slices (round). Light soy sauce, salt, stock.
The process of steamed egg is as follows
1. Cut the mushrooms in half, blanch the spinach, cool it, fold it in half and cut it into 5cm long. Cut the fried bean buns into four pieces.
