Steps of making sand pot pill:
1. Scald the Yangsan pill with 80 ℃ hot water, remove the black film of the pill by hand, wash it, put it into a boiling water pot, add scallion, ginger, Chinese prickly ash, cook it with low heat for about 3 hours, boil it thoroughly, remove the grease and sundries from the pill, wash it with warm water, then cut it into triangular pieces, put it into boiling water and cook for 1 minute, remove and control the water.
2. Put the Dan pieces into the casserole, add the chicken soup, bring to a boil over high heat, and skim off the foam. Add shredded green onion, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine and salt.
