Luochang village is located in the east of Huashan Town, at the exit of Huashan Airport Expressway, adjacent to Guangzhou New International Airport. It runs through the whole village from Huadu Avenue, Huahui road of Huashan Town, and 118 line of old provincial road. The transportation is in all directions and the environment is superior. With a total area of about 4 square kilometers, the village has 15 economic communities and nine natural villages. The local resident population is 2572, and there are more than 4900 overseas Chinese. It is a famous overseas Chinese village in Huashan Town

Village planning

Luochang village, as the second batch of beautiful village pilot villages in Guangzhou, in order to clarify the guidelines of beautiful village construction in our village and scientifically plan and construct. The village specially engaged Shenzhen Donghe Design Institute to prepare the preliminary plan of beautiful village planning according to the actual situation. On August 22, 2012, the village conducted technical exchanges with relevant persons in charge of district planning branch, District beautiful office and relevant leaders of the town, reached preliminary opinions, and submitted them to relevant departments for project approval. Based on the long history, culture and green ecological landscape resources of Luochang village, the planning orientation of Luochang village is defined as "a characteristic cultural ecological village with historical and cultural tourism and rural eco-tourism as the main industry; a modern new village with community layout, comfortable life and strong sense of happiness", which reflects the culture of Luochang village. Considering the current situation, upper level planning and development needs, the village planning is divided into two parts: the north part is mainly residential and service, and the south part is mainly residential and agricultural production. The overall structure of "one center, two axes and multiple areas" is formed. "One heart": that is to take the current village committee as the core, combined with the construction of surrounding public service facilities, to form a comprehensive service center with the functions of administrative office, culture and entertainment, medical and health, publicity and display. "Two axes": Huahui road in the north and Huadu Avenue in the East and West. Julongzhuang and ziqiandiaolou are the most concentrated and densely populated service centers, including residential, commercial and cultural protection functions; Jingang, Wushi, Wenhe and Qiangui are re cultivated; Shenbian, Wayao and dayaoling are agricultural service villages. Village appearance

Infrastructure construction

The village road is about 10 km in total, realizing 100% hard bottom. The village road and natural village surface are 100% lighted, the hard floor of economic and social village surface is 90%, the hard floor rate of roadway and ditch is 40%, and the green belt is built.
