Wucheng Village
Wucheng village belongs to Yuliao Township, Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Wucheng city (also known as Wucheng or old city) was built in 1384 of Hongwu 17th year of Ming Dynasty and 1387 of Hongwu 20th year of Ming Dynasty. To the east of the city is Haiwan. Pumensuo city is located in the Southwest. The distance between the two cities is about 15 km.
After the establishment of the Institute, there were many wars. Later, because of the Japanese invasion, it was difficult to defend. It moved to the city of pumensuo about 1436-1449 in the Zhengtong period of the Ming Dynasty, and was merged into the city of pumensuo in the Longqing period (1567-1572).
In 1644, Wucheng village developed hairy prawns and processed them into "Pumen cooked prawns". Later, they developed to Yuliao, Leishi, Guantou, caotan and other villages. They were 150 boats and sold 64 tons of cooked prawns a year.
