The plane layout of the museum is in the shape of a large shrug cloth in the Warring States period, implying the national finance. Standing at the glass railing on the second floor, we can find that the detailed design of the museum often adopts the combination of square and round, symbolizing the form of half square hole yuan coin of the Qin Dynasty. On the west side of the museum, there is a huge Yongquan waterfall which symbolizes financial resources; on the south side, there is a square tower which looks like a seal, which symbolizes national power.
