Pumped storage power station

Anhui Xiangshuijian pumped storage power station, as a key project of 861 province and the 11th five year plan, is under construction here. This is similar to the Ming Tombs reservoir and Tianhuangping water conservancy facilities. The total installed capacity of the power station is 1000 MW. Four sets of 250 MW reversible pump turbine generator motor sets are installed. It is a pure pumped storage power station with daily regulation. The designed annual power generation can reach 1.762 billion kwh. It was completed and put into operation by the end of 2012. It has become a tourist destination for many people

With the increasing popularity of Xiangshuijian, many tourists go to Xiangshuijian village, which leads to the development of tourism in Xiangshuijian village, and many farmhouses are set up. Xiangshuijian's farmhouse is mainly run by villagers themselves, relying on local characteristics and developing rapidly. Among them, the riverside farmhouse is the representative.

Riverside farmhouse was founded by Lu Liangrui, Secretary of Xiangshuijian village branch, located in Longtan group of Xiangshuijian village. It mainly includes local restaurants. All the vegetables and fish are produced locally. They are not purchased from the vegetable market or hired professional chefs. Most of them are cooked by local villagers with better skills. The second is water recreation. Right under the dam of Xiangshuijian hydropower station, tourists can experience the ecological beauty in the scent of rape flowers, willow trees and reeds through boats and bamboo rafts. Finally, there is the real CS. As the only real CS in Wuhu, the riverside farmhouse is located in a bamboo forest in Fushan. The bamboo forest is deep and can be used for fighting and entertainment in summer.
