Huilongtan park is located in the south head of Jiading town, adjacent to Shaxia road in the south, Confucius Temple in the west, Bole road in the East and Jiading hotel in the north. The park was officially opened to the public on May 1, 1979, and the second phase of the project was expanded in 1984. Now the park covers an area of more than 70 mu.
In the south of the park, huilongtan water and Yingkui mountain form a natural landscape. The buildings of Ming and Qing Dynasties, such as Kuixing Pavilion and bainiao Chaoyang terrace, have been built on the ground, with magnificent and towering ancient trees, famous flowers and different grasses. The courtyard pattern of Gusu in the north, with cornices, elegant and simple, white walls, small bridges, flowing water and winding paths. The layout is compact, the ancient buildings are relatively concentrated, the shapes of changguan building, Yian hall and zhuihua hall are different, simple and elegant.
There are many historical and cultural sites in the park: stone pavilion, stone pagoda, stone peak and other cultural relics in song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties; eleven ancient and famous trees more than 100 years old. It is a classic of history, culture and art. The achievements of the monument of Mr. Hou Huang ER and the site of the sacrifice of Xiaodaohui add a lot of interest to visitors. Wandering in the secluded land of simplicity and beauty is like entering the peach garden, full of poetic and picturesque. Development history
"Tan" was dredged in the 16th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1588 AD), which has a history of 400 years. Yingkui mountain in the pool, surrounded by green water, is like a pearl. Five tributaries meander into the pool like five dragons playing with pearls, so it is called "huilongtan".

Honors
From 1988 to 1997, six large-scale lamp chrysanthemum joint exhibitions were successfully held. It has won the titles of "double excellent Park", "advanced collective of urban greening" and "civilized unit of Shanghai".
